Chapter 235: Mixing Races (11)
Before I realized it, our relationship had deepened, growing more intense with each moment.
Gripping the headboard of the bed, I moved in rhythm with Arwin. She was pressed toward the edge of the mattress, her body writhing beneath me. Yet, even in such a vulnerable position, she didn’t resist. Instead, soft gasps escaped her lips.
“Ugh…! Ah!! Ah…!”
Sweat trickled down from my forehead, landing onto her fair skin, making it glisten under the afternoon sunlight. The warmth of the sun reflected against her, as if her very form had become a masterpiece of light and shadow.
The sight made it impossible for me to stop, and Arwin herself urged me on.
“D-Don’t stop…! Ah…! More… more…!”
“You don’t even have to say it…”
Her half-lidded eyes gazed up at me, filled with something unmistakable—affection. Love.
If happiness could take physical form, I was sure it would look like this. The sheer clarity of her expression struck something deep within me.
Her hands reached out, exploring me—fingertips brushing my face, tracing the faint scar on my cheek. Then, moving downward, she lightly skimmed across my chest, feeling the definition of my muscles, pressing against the firmness of my arms.
“…Ah.”
She murmured between breaths.
“This… Ah… This is what it feels like… To truly be a woman…”
“…Haa… Haa…”
“More…! Ruin me… Make a mess of me…!”
“…Haa… Arwin… Haa…”
“Just take me… however you want…!”
I had always known that words—more than anything else—had the power to ignite desire.
Every breathy whisper, every pleading request, stirred something deep inside me. The effect of Arwin’s words on me was undeniable, especially when I thought back to how we first met.
Back then, she had looked down on me, calling me a short-lived species. She had regarded me with cold detachment. But now, she was beneath me, offering everything of herself without hesitation.
—Squeeze!
At that moment, her entire body tensed, and with a sharp gasp, she trembled.
“Aah…!”
A deep shudder ran through her, her legs trembling violently. There was no mistaking it—I knew exactly what had just happened.
“…Haa… Haa…”
I took a moment to steady myself, holding back the overwhelming rush of emotion.
Seeing that I had paused, Arwin smiled, reaching out for me as if assuming our moment had ended.
“…That was amazing. Let’s rest—Be—ah…! Berg?”
But I wasn’t done.
Without hesitation, I moved again, claiming her once more.
I unwrapped her legs from around me, bringing her delicate ankles together in one hand. As I held them, her body shivered, still highly sensitive.
“Ack! Ahh! B-Berg…!!”
But hadn’t she just told me to use her as I pleased?
Surely, she hadn’t forgotten her own words mere moments ago.
Sweat continued to bead on our skin, making every movement more fluid. The sound of our bodies meeting echoed softly in the air.
“This is your punishment for deceiving me.”
I whispered, continuing without hesitation.
“S-Stop…!”
At first, she tried to resist, but then her voice changed.
“…What?”
The overlapping sounds of our ragged breathing, the creaking bed, the rhythm of our bodies—it wasn’t easy to make out what she was saying.
And yet, amid everything, Arwin managed to cry out:
“Y-Your hand…! Give me your hand…! Berg…!”
I slowly reached out to her.
—Clasp!
The moment my fingers met hers, she clung to me tightly, gripping with such force that the blood drained from her knuckles.
“Hnn…! Again… Again… Ahh…!”
Was it because of how sensitive she had become?
Her body trembled once more, reacting intensely as she held onto me with everything she had.
As Arwin threw her head back, her body trembling, she had never looked more beautiful to me.
The way she shuddered, overwhelmed by sensation, sent a similar wave through me. The urge to release surged forward, and I saw no reason to hold back any longer.
With a final motion, I pulled away and let myself go without hesitation.
The moment I released my grip on her ankles, her legs fell limp, spreading open naturally. Between them, the evidence of my release trailed upward, even reaching Arwin’s face.
There was far more than usual.
She flinched slightly at the unexpected sensation, hesitantly reaching up to touch her cheek. And then, as realization dawned, she blinked and carefully wiped her face.
Having just experienced two waves of overwhelming sensation, she lay there, breathing heavily, her gaze fixed on what had just happened.
I, too, finally caught my breath and realized I might have gone a bit overboard. I turned toward her, ready to apologize—
“...Arwin, sorry, I—”
—Lick.
Before I could finish, she tentatively brought a fingertip to her lips, tasting the remnants of my release. Then, as if satisfied, she turned to me with a soft smile.
“…So this is what my husband’s essence tastes like.”
“…”
Husband.
That single word sent a rush of heat through my body once again.
“…Haa.”
At that moment, I had a realization.
Perhaps I had made a mistake.
Each of my wives seemed to have an uncanny ability to draw out my desire.
I had already spent countless nights entangled with Sien. Recently, my relationship with Ner had deepened as well, and it was clear she relished our time together.
And now, Arwin.
I had heard that some women did not particularly enjoy physical intimacy, preferring emotional connection over anything else.
But that did not seem to be the case with my wives.
They sought both—the bond of hearts and the connection of bodies.
At this rate, I wondered absently if I would ever have a moment’s rest.
Three wives.
The weight of that reality settled on me once more.
Taking a deep breath, I steadied myself.
After a release like that, I figured this was a good place to stop.
Besides, Arwin had already experienced two overwhelming peaks.
It had been her first time, after all.
Not to mention, it was still broad daylight, and I had other tasks to take care of.
There was no need to push myself further.
…Especially considering how Ner had already been making me realize the importance of recovery.
That woman had taken to clinging to me every night, her tail swaying teasingly as she lavished me with attention. These days, even catching a glimpse of that wagging tail was enough to make me swallow dryly.
“…Phew.”
Letting out a deep breath, I leaned down and pressed a gentle kiss to Arwin’s lips.
Then, without a word, I stood up from the bed, signaling the natural conclusion of our moment.
“…W-Where are you going?”
“…”
But at that instant, Arwin spoke words eerily similar to what Ner often said to me.
My body froze for a brief moment.
It had been a while since I felt this kind of tension.
“This is a good place to stop,” I told her. “You shouldn’t push yourself too hard. It was your first time.”
“…I’m fine, Berg.”
“No, you should rest—”
“I-I won’t deny that it was intense… But that intensity… I love it. Let’s continue, Berg.”
“…”
“You haven’t had enough yet, have you?”
Even after everything, I couldn’t deny it—Arwin’s beauty was utterly captivating.
She was someone I could never tire of, no matter how many times I held her. No matter how much I indulged in her, it would never feel like enough.
But that didn’t mean I had limitless stamina.
Just as the most delicious meal becomes impossible to eat once the stomach is full, no matter how breathtaking Arwin was, my body had its limits.
Perhaps if I pushed myself to the edge, I could go another three or four times.
It wasn’t impossible.
But today wasn’t the only day, and I knew that if I didn’t pace myself, I would regret it in the long run.
Letting out a quiet sigh, I turned to Arwin with an awkward smile.
“…Sorry, Arwin. Honestly, I think I’ve hit my limit…”
“It’s because you’ve been with Ner too much, isn’t it?”
At her words, a sudden flicker of jealousy flashed across her face.
Caught off guard, I swallowed hard, momentarily at a loss for words.
“…Hmph.”
Just moments ago, she had been beneath me, her voice trembling with every breath. But now, that icy, regal demeanor had returned to her face.
Sitting up beside me, she moved with composed grace, then—without hesitation—reached down and gently cupped me in her hands.
“…Arwin?”
I stiffened at the unexpected touch, but what unsettled me even more was the sudden, eerie glow in her blue eyes.
She had begun murmuring a spell.
The incantation was brief, but by the time she finished, I still hadn’t felt anything unusual.
Then, she spoke.
“Berg, you do know, don’t you?”
“…Know what?”
“I can see Sien’s child inside her.”
“…”
“In the same way… I can see exactly how much you have left.”
I let out a slow breath, realizing exactly where this conversation was headed.
Arwin leaned in close, whispering against my shoulder.
“…You still have enough for three more times.”
At that moment, I knew—there was no escaping this.
.
.
.
The bed was completely soaked with sweat and warmth, the sheets damp from our prolonged closeness.
Each slight movement sent a chill through the air, a stark contrast to the heat that had consumed us. It wasn’t a welcome sensation, not in a moment like this.
I made a decision.
“Ah… Berg…?”
As our lips tangled in a fervent kiss, I pulled away and rose from the bed.
Then, without hesitation, I wrapped my arms around Arwin’s slender waist and lifted her into my embrace.
“Ah…!”
She gasped in surprise, but almost instinctively, her legs tightened around my waist, securing herself against me.
At the same time, her arms looped around my neck, holding on tightly.
She clung to me from above.
I supported her from below.
Her arms around my neck.
My arms around her waist.
Her legs wrapped around me, keeping us bound together.
And just like that, we continued where we had left off.
Supporting her with one arm, I guided myself back to her, and Arwin trembled as she welcomed me once more.
We moved in unison, a seamless rhythm between us, the closeness of our bodies bringing a dizzying wave of sensation.
How long had we continued like this?
How many breathless whispers had Arwin murmured into my ear?
She had reached her limit multiple times, and now, the strength in her legs was beginning to fade.
The grip she had around my waist loosened, her sweat-drenched skin slipping against mine.
Each time she felt herself losing hold, she clung tighter, desperately holding onto me.
The more she struggled to keep herself upright, the more friction it created between us.
But eventually, exhaustion took its toll.
“B-Berg… I… I can’t anymore…”
“…Should we stop?”
I asked her softly.
But Arwin only shook her head.
“…No… Ah…! More… just a little more…!”
Her plea made my resolve waver.
I had long since reached my own limits, but…
I didn’t want to stop either.
Finally, I adjusted my hold, slipping my arms under the backs of her knees.
Her legs now rested over my arms, completely suspending her.
“…Ah.”
At that moment, Arwin realized her mistake.
She had trapped herself in a position where she could do nothing but surrender to me completely.
A breathy sound of surprise escaped her lips.
But it was too late.
The more she looked flustered, the more my determination grew.
“W-Wait, Berg…!”
“…Wait? There’s no waiting now.”
I leaned forward, about to move again—when suddenly, she cried out.
“W-Wait… I have something to say!”
“…?”
I paused.
Arwin took deep, shaky breaths, trying to collect herself. Her hands reached up, cupping my face as if she were buying time.
“…Berg?”
“…Say it.”
At first, I thought it was just an excuse—a desperate attempt to catch her breath.
But then, she said something I had completely forgotten.
“…Did you know?”
“…What?”
“I still haven’t made my vow to you.”
“…”
I froze.
A vow.
That promise she had once sworn to make.
Arwin had once told me she would pledge herself to me—but at the time, circumstances had been against us.
Because of the ordeal with Bardi’s Liquor and Mel’s Tears, trust had been shattered, and I had refused to hear her out.
Yet, all this time, it had weighed on her heart.
And now, in this moment, she was bringing it up again.
Her eyes shimmered with unshed tears.
She had been waiting for this moment.
“…Berg. I’ve wanted to say this for so long.”
“…”
“…I swear to you, Berg.”
Then, with a look more serious than I had ever seen before, Arwin spoke.
“I will love you until the day my life comes to an end.”
The weight of her words pressed against my chest.
She had already sacrificed a part of her lifespan for me.
Hearing her say this only made my heart ache.
But despite it all, Arwin smiled. There was no hesitation, no regret—only unwavering devotion.
“Even if I were to die tomorrow… even if I were to live for eons before my time finally comes… I will love only you. I will sacrifice, I will strive, so that you may live a happy life. I will live with you… and when the time comes, I will die with you.”
Her voice softened, but her resolve never wavered.
“Even if one day you grow tired of me… even if you come to find me unbearable… I will love you, cherish you, and never falter. I will give you everything I have. Berg, I offer myself to you.”
“…”
I forgot how to breathe.
For a long moment, I was frozen in place, unable to speak, unable to move.
Only after several heartbeats passed did I finally inhale—a quiet, shallow breath that even Arwin wouldn’t notice.
I wanted to appear composed.
I wasn’t the type to be easily shaken, yet at this moment, her words had reached me in ways I couldn’t deny.
“…Arwin, I’ll give you the same promise in return.”
Her words had flowed effortlessly, each one sincere and absolute.
There was only one answer I could give her.
“You saved me. And in return… I will live the rest of my life for you.”
“…”
Tears welled in her eyes.
Then, slowly, Arwin nodded.
I leaned in and pressed a soft kiss against her lips.
“…Haa…”
When we finally pulled away, her breath trembled slightly, as if overwhelmed by emotion.
And it was only then that I realized—amid our conversation, the tension that had built within me had long since faded.
Even Arwin, who had once been breathless and weak, now looked at me with steady, determined eyes.
Sunlight continued to pour through the window, its golden glow illuminating her flushed cheeks.
I gazed at her for a moment before asking,
“…Shall we continue?”
She didn’t hesitate.
With a soft blush, she met my gaze and whispered,
“…That goes without saying.”
